We’re now located at 3410 Industrial Drive, in Northwest Santa Rosa, just off Coffey Lane—conveniently near Piner Road.
From Healdsburg, Windsor, or Rohnert Park:
Take Highway 101 to the Fulton Road/Piner Road exit. Head east on Piner Road, then turn left on Coffey Lane. Turn right on Industrial Drive—you’ll find Thrive Church at 3410 Industrial Drive.
From West County, Sebastopol, or Sonoma:
Take Highway 12 to Highway 101 North, then exit at Fulton Road/Piner Road. Head east on Piner Road, turn left on Coffey Lane, then right on Industrial Drive. Thrive Church will be on your right.
Come as you are! There is no specific dress code at Thrive Church. You will see everything from suit and tie to shorts. We're just glad you're here.

A Place Just for Your Kids!
Your children are always welcome to sit with you in the sanctuary — but we also have an amazing kids program where they’ll learn about Jesus and have a blast! The Kids Room is in the area we call the Commons. When you arrive, head straight to the Kids Check-In door outside (look for the sign!). Our friendly team will help you check your kids into our secure area, where caring teachers lead them in singing, learning, snacks, and play.

We’re now at 3410 Industrial Drive — and here’s your parking insider tip: our lot fills up fast, so come a little early to snag a great spot! If it’s full, no worries — there’s plenty of street parking just a short walk away, and our friendly parking crew will be outside to help you find the best spot.

Bringing kids? Arrive a little early to get them checked into our safe and fun Children’s Commons area so they can jump right into the morning’s activities.
Our services last about 70 minutes and are filled with meaningful moments. We begin with uplifting worship led by our church band, followed by a warm welcome from our stage host. Then, one of our pastors will share a Bible-based message, and we close with a final song. On the first weekend of each month, we share in Communion together, and prayer teams are always available to pray with you during the service. The atmosphere is joyful, reverent, and full of life!

We see generosity as an act of worship and provide an opportunity to give during each service — but there’s absolutely no expectation. Your presence is the greatest gift!
